How long does implementation take?
Most practices are fully operational within weeks. The first worklists appear as soon as the initial data load completes.
What about our patient data?
We execute a BAA before any data moves — including for the free assessment. The extract is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the team running your assessment, and the analysis itself is performed on de-identified data. Nothing patient-identifiable appears in the findings we present.
Does it replace my billing system?
No. SmartStatsPM sits alongside your EHR and billing workflow, finding what they miss and handing prioritized actions back to your team.
